George Osborne’s wedding was crashed today by what appears to be a Just Stop Oil protester throwing orange confetti over the newlyweds. The protest group later joked on Twitter that the pair “looked good in orange” following a video of the moment the confused couple were doused in orange. The 52-year-old ex-Chancellor of the Exchequer married his former Treasury adviser Thea Rogers in a ceremony in Bruton, Somerset, today. They were surrounded by friends and Tory bigwigs including David Cameron and Michael Gove.
