Josie Gibson holds back tears as S Club reveal tribute to Paul Cattermole in upcoming tour

Josie Gibson became emotional on This Morning as she quizzed S Club on how they will honour late band member Paul Cattermole’s memory in their upcoming tour

S Club’s Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jo O’Meara, Jon Lee, Rachel Stevens, and Tina Barrett joined This Morning on Monday where host Josie Gibson became emotional as they discussed the late Paul Cattermole.

Paul died in April at the age of 46, just weeks after the band announcing plans to tour the country to celebrate 25 years as a band.

As the band discussed their new single and making a music video using clips of their time together over the years, Josie’s voice appeared to break as she said: “You’ve been so successful but so sad at the same time.”

When asked what it was like looking through the footage, Jo replied: “It was tough. It was never going to be easy, but I think Paul was such a massive character and he was so silly, you do end up laughing because he was just always full of fun and full of happiness. I think moving forward, we just want to remember Paul for the happy chappy that he was.”
