There had been concerns over Buffalo Bills star Stefon Diggs heading into this year’s NFL season, but his teammates Josh Allen and Dion Dawkins have played down any in-house issues
Josh Allen and Dion Dawkins have shared similar sentiments over concerns surrounding their Buffalo Bills teammate Stefon Diggs.
Bills coach Sean McDermott expressed his worries with Dawkins last month, after admitting he was “very concerned” the receiver failed to attend mandatory minicamp. Speculation then spiralled as to whether there was upset in the Bills camp following Diggs absence.
With the 2023-24 season fast approaching both Allen and Dawkins have been quick to assure Bills fans and the rest of the NFL, that all remains well in their camp despite the controversy surrounding their 29-year-old teammate. Claiming the situation had been overstated, Allen previously told Bussin With the Boys: “I love [Diggs]. That’s my guy.
“The media has blown this so far out of proportion. We are in a minicamp. We’re not playing a game for four months. He doesn’t show up for one day, he’s still there, coach asked him to go home, they’re in talks.
