Curtis Jones has committed his future to Liverpool by signing a new contract with the club until 2027.

The Reds’ academy product, 21, has made 81 appearances for the first-team since making his debut in an FA Cup third round tie at Wolves in January 2019, scoring eight goals.

The most famous of those strikes remains his first, a stunning curling effort against Everton in the FA Cup third round one year on from his debut.

Jones made six Premier League appearances in the 2019-20 season, thus earning a league winners’ medal, and he was in the squad which beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final last season.
