Despite being a free agent, Flacco has a great deal of experience when it comes to being a franchise quarterback. In his fifth season in the NFL, Flacco helped the Baltimore Ravens win Super Bowl XLVII against the San Francisco 49ers. Now the former Super Bowl MVP is without a team going into what would be his 16th season in the NFL. Despite not currently being picked up by any organisation, Flacco says that he remains able to play the game and has offered his services to any interested teams. "Listen, I can still play," Flacco told ESPN. "That's me talking, obviously. I'm hoping that there's the silver lining that I'm not anywhere right now and that I can be available to anybody. 'I'm not saying it's going to be the truth, but if I was tied up with somebody as a backup and just didn't play at all when all of a sudden three guys go down, well, I'd probably be in the back of my head be thinking, 'Oh, man, would I have had an opportunity to go there?'
