She wore black leggings and a "Stand Up to Cancer" tank top. Aniston has supported the charity show for over 15 years now, having hosted it in 2008. She also accessorised her look with some blue-tinted, aviator style sunglasses. Clutched in her hand were a black baseball cap and a red sweater. Aniston told Well + Good: "I used to get up God knows how many hours before work to get an hour of cardio in - I thought it had to hurt or that we were supposed to feel like we were going to pass out, but that's incorrect messaging."
