And Jason appears to be sticking to his guns, with the singer seemingly adamant on his song not containing any racist of "pro-lynching" connotations. In a video posted online from a performance in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jason can be heard saying: "I've seen a lot of stuff suggesting I am this, suggesting I am that. Here's the thing, I feel like everybody is entitled to their opinion you can think something all you want to, it doesn't mean it is true." I love our country, I want to see it restored to what it once was before all this bulls**t started happening to us." The crowd then listened on as he gushed: "I love my country, I love my family and I will do anything I can to protect that." A chant then erupted from the crowds, with hundreds of people saying: "USA! USA!" Jason then raised his hands while on-stage as a way of celebration and solidarity. This comes mere days after Jason took to Instagram to slam the "pro-lynching" accusations. He took to the photo-sharing platform and wrote on his stories: "There is not a single lyric in the song that references race or points to it."
