Posting a selfie in the style of a video boomerang, the former Strictly Come Dancing star appeared fresh-faced in a plain white t-shirt as she smiled for her followers. Over the top of her moving clip, she penned a message that read: 'Hi team! Been quiet as been feeling a little rough the past two days and so listening to my body and just resting. 'We are well and in the final countdown for the little one's arrival.
