James Corden, 44, has defended himself against the criticism he’s been faced with after he was banned from a New York restaurant
James Corden has called his restaurant ban “the most surreal moment”, as he denies “screaming at anyone”.
The Late Late Show host found himself in hot water over an argument with the owner of a New York eatery, who claimed he was “extremely nasty” to staff.
After he sent an omelette back, allegedly telling staff that they couldn’t do their jobs, he was banned from Balthazar in Manhattan.
Keith McNally, the restaurant’s owner branded him a “tiny cretin of a man” and said that he was the “most abusive customer” he’s ever had.
