James Corden has opened up about the emotional ending of his Late Late Show in the United States, as he and his family prepare to head back to the UK following a stint across the Atlantic
James Corden admits his return to the UK will be “emotional” as he bids farewell to Los Angeles.
The TV star appeared on Good Morning Britain today to chat about his new series, where he plays a chef. He is set to bid farewell to the United States as he wraps his Late Late Show and returns to the UK with his family.
During a chat with entertainment editor Richard Arnold, he explained his “pride” at his programme stateside but says the UK will always be his home. He heaped praise on his home country for the “things it’s given the world” as he shared his excitement to be back.
Speaking before the news of the restaurant ban came out, he said: “It’s going to be really emotional. It’s going to be a real thing to draw it to a close but I’m so proud of it. I’m so proud of what I’ve done.
