James Corden ‘doesn’t know what is next’ after hitting career ‘high point’

James Corden feels his career has already peaked and he has no idea what he will do next after quitting his role presenting The Late Late Show in America, amid the recent restaurant drama attached to the star

James Corden has admitted that he has to “make peace” with the fact his career may have already reached its peak.

The talk show host – who plays a ‘complex’ chef in his next acting role – is preparing to bid farewell to his life in the USA after he announced he was quitting The Late Late Show earlier this year.

Now, after a recent backlash over his alleged behaviour towards restaurant staff in America has thrust him further into the spotlight he has given an interview talking about what’s next for him.

James, 44, confessed that he feels the only way from here is down as his career “must” have peaked with his stint presenting the iconic US chat show – and his role on the show that made him a household name, Gavin & Stacey – and that he will have to be ok with it.
