Jake Paul snubs Tommy Fury as he names toughest opponent to date

Paul won a unanimous decision against Diaz over the weekend and he named the UFC legend as his toughest challenger despite being beaten by Fury in February

Jake Paul has named Nate Diaz as his toughest opponent to date despite Tommy Fury being the only man to beat him.

Paul returned to winning ways on Saturday night as he beat UFC legend Diaz by unanimous decision, marking his first win since losing to Fury in February. The fight was relatively one-sided as Paul had a fast start before dropping Diaz in the fifth and. despite the UFC legend coming on strong in the later rounds, the judges scored it 97-92, 98-91 and 98-91 in Paul’s favour.

The YouTube boxer has expressed interest in avenging his defeat to Paul but also wants to rematch Diaz in MMA. Paul said after the fight: “I was just having fun and that was the missing ingredient in my last fight, now I am having fun back on that side of things and Nate was the toughest opponent I’ve fought to date.”
