A HEALTHY-EATING fitness fanatic lost over 100 pounds with his fast air fryer method.
His easy meal helped him achieve a new buff body – and he wasn’t going back.
“This is one of the main meals I ate that helped me lose over 130 pounds,” said Jacob Correia (@iampeachye1).
The plate that allowed him to shed the pounds consisted of 450 calories, 45 grams of protein, and 30 grams of carbs.
He credited the meal for his new muscles and drastic weight loss over the course of 19 months.
