While I sympathise with the want for people to generally have a sense of decency, I struggle to see what weight and tattoos have to do with it. Like Darounilu, I love a good quiet read and although I myself am fully tattooed (including poignant book quotes I might add) I myself am civilised and aware of the fact that street drinking in most areas is against the law. A person's appearance does not affect their demeanour. I have seen un-tattooed 'gym bunnies' behave in a similar unpleasant manner to that described. Us tattooed people aren't all bad!
