Fortnite would typically be down for an update on a Tuesday, but sadly this is another week without an update and we'll need to wait a bit longer for Update 25.20. Fortnite is currently in a month and a half into Chapter 4 Season 3 and since the beginning of June we've only really had one major update: Fortnite update 25.10 with the smaller Fortnite update 25.11 following the next week. 25.11 brought us the Summer Escape event – an annual summer event that brought us summery themed missions like eating ice cream cones and using a launchpad to propel yourself into the air before taking a dip into a lagoon. Summer Escape comes to a close today so most assumed that there would be downtime and Fortnite Update 25.20 today, however, update 25.20 is delayed due to Epic Games' company-wide vacation and isn't set to arrive until Tuesday, July 25. While we won't have the Fortnite update 25.20 for another week, thanks to the official Fortnite Trello board we know some of the issues and fixes Epic Games are targeting for the upcoming update. The following changes are listed as ' Fixed in a future game update' and are likely to be included in Fortnite Update 25.20: Multiple outfits, including Skull Trooper may appear shiny/glossy. Players may have delayed credit toward the "Damage Opponents" Ranked quest or may find that the full weapon damage is not credited toward a Ranked quest. Meanwhile the following issues are also listed on the Trello board, but as these don't have the 'Fixed in a future game update' label, they may not be included in Fortnite update 25.20: After being in a match some PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players may find they have lost most game audio and voice chat has become distorted. We're aware of an issue where some players may be receiving a "Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Driver Load Error (1275)" error message when launching For){kind=link}
