She said: "The older I get the more I love wearing baggy tops, sneakers and jeans. "It's all about chic, elegance and being comfortable. "Women should be able to wear what they want at any age and rock a crop top or mini skirt if they want to." But it hasn't always been an easy road, Ting Ma confessed to allowing societal norms around being a mum and ageing, affect her self-confidence. "Wear what makes you happy. It took me 48 years to stop caring what people thought, but then I just stopped caring and really embraced myself," she added. "The best accessory is a girl's confidence," she continued. Ageing can be a difficult process to navigate for women, with expectations to cover their greys and freeze any new wrinkles. But Ting said: "Now I hardly wear make-up and embrace my greys, but I like exercising. "I'm working on my core and my abs so if I'm not running, I'll do some core training. "People say I look like a man, but I just laugh about it." Despite proudly displaying her physique on social media, Ting admits it takes effort. She said: "I had good genes until I was 45, but now what I eat goes straight to my belly. But I'm a big foodie and love carbs. "I have a coffee, almond croissant and fruit every day for breakfast. "I share my workout videos with my followers, and it has inspired so many women around my age to go back to exercise.
