Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly opened the show as the viewers at home were introduced to this year’s first 10 celebrities set to enter the jungle. They include Boy George, Sue Cleaver, Owen Warner, Scarlette Douglas, Mike Tindall, Charlene White, Chris Moyles, Jill Scott, BabatuÌndeÌ AleÌsheÌ and Olivia Attwood, with Tory MP Matt Hancock set to join at a later date.
As the show kicked off this evening, fans were quick to complain and took to Twitter to vent their frustrations over this year’s stars. The show is back in its ‘spiritual home’ of Australia after two years in Wales owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
