According to The Mirror, he said: "This idea of structure in my life, this was one of the things I had to grapple with, after the Strictly stuff, you kind of realise that life couldn't continue the way it was. Something had to give. "The booze had to go and I had to try to rebuild my life and I went to therapy and therapy was about trying to find order and structure and all this stuff." Admitting in the chat he sometimes finds the therapy "eye-rolling", he added that it made him realise it stems back to life with his father, who was addicted to heroin. "If your dad's a heroin addict you're not going to be someone who wakes up in the morning and does a to-do list," he said. "That organisation isn't going to be there." Seann has now quit drinking, and has been dating girlfriend Grace Adderley since 2019, with whom he is now expecting a baby. He revealed his news during an Instagram Live with an unnamed pal while on tour. And when he was asked: 'So you're gonna be a dad?' he replied: 'Yeah' prompting his pal to respond: 'That's worrying.' Seann was then seen saying to the camera: 'Unbelievable. Everyone else has been really nice, that's the worst response yet.'
