AN EXPERT car salesman has revealed the one word buyers should NEVER use at a car dealership.
Speaking on the CarEdge YouTube channel, Ray Shefska revealed a term which makes shoppers look desperate – and could persuade salesmen to charge you more.
He said revealing you “love” a motor while test driving it makes the seller think you’re a pushover who’ll agree to any fee.
The expert – who has been a salesman for 40 years – said: “Never say to the salesperson ‘I really love this vehicle’.
“You just don’t want to do that.”
