During his two-year stint in EastEnders Joel's character was involved in a number of high-profile storylines. In 2006 viewers watched as Jake made the decision to leave Albert Square for good. However, as he left The Vic, he was confronted by a stranger who asked if he was Jake Moon. Jake hasn't been seen since and is presumed dead by fans - but Joel is very much alive. The 49-year-old has quit acting and taken up a career in life coaching. He's a performance and emotional coach, offering his clients the ability to "become the best version of you".
