I was on a huge daytime soap

REBECCA Lacey was in the BBC dramas Doctors, and Monarch of the Glen but now she has a very different job altogether.

The actress, 58, played the role of Laura Tyler in BBC soap Doctors from 2012 to 2013.

But it’s Monarch of the Glen for which she’s best known, where she starred as Irene Stuart in the fourth series.

She also played Dr. George Woodman in Casualty and Hilary in May to December.

And it doesn’t end there where acting credits are concerned for the talented star, but Rebecca decided to move into a completely new career.
