NICK POWELL is already planning for life after football and has started studying for exams with his wife.
The former Manchester United prospect was once one of the most promising players in the country after he joined the club from Crewe Alexandra in 2012.
Powell, 29, had emerged as one of the brightest talents in England’s lower leagues by scoring 14 goals in 55 league appearances for the Railwaymen.
This form saw him snapped up by United for £6million when he was just 18.
Despite scoring on his debut against Wigan, he suffered various injuries and was never able to hold down a starting spot at the club.
