But if you're after a simpler life, just select the pre set food function you require and the air fryer will automatically set the time and temperature for you. And if you want to adjust it slightly you also have the freedom to do that too. Once all the technical stuff was out of the way, I decided to cook my go to chicken wings. I seasoned them up in exactly the same way that I always do, popped them in the 5.5L basket - I was pleased to discover there was enough basket space for every wing to lie flat for even cooking. My previous 3.2L Tower air fryer only fit half the pack so I always ended up turning them round to make sure every wing was cooked evenly. I no longer had to do that, which was great! I then selected the chicken cooking option and let the Cosori Premium 5.5L Air Fryer do its job. What can I say?
