"The entire team of 20 people are all new. We work 10 hour shifts, whilst in training we work 7 hours and have the last three as 'coaching'. "In this coaching time we do nothing other than talk in a classroom type room. "Three hours is a long time and therefore the conversations can go to some weird places." She added: "However, yesterday both the managers asked everyone to go round and say their body count. "I refused but other people did answer and afterwards told me they felt quite pressured to answer. "The team is all male including the managers, except myself and three other woman. "Other conversations included the managers telling us about times they have cheated on their significant others and what they like during sex. "Am I being uptight about this feeling super inappropriate (especially 3 weeks in to a new job) or is this just normal work talk? And social media users were firmly on the woman's side that the office talk crossed a line. One insisted: "That's absolutely not normal and you should report it to everyone and find another job." A second agreed: "You are not being uptight, that's completely inappropriate workplace conversation. "The fact the managers did it makes me think this company has a workplace culture that is just a lawsuit waiting to happen."
