Hurricane Idalia seen from space as NASA shares terrifying image showing size of storm

The International Space Station is broadcasting their flights over Hurricane Idalia, which is currently battering Florida, revealing a terrifying mass of clouds moving swiftly through the southeast

As Hurricane Idalia makes landfall in Florida, NASA has released a live broadcast showing the storm from space as it moves through the Southeast.

The satellite images show a mass of clouds over that area of the US, with high winds moving them creepily closer to land as Hurricane Idalia, currently at Category 3 (out of five), showers Florida and moves towards Georgia on the map.

NASA TV began broadcasting the Space Station’s live video feed on X, formerly Twitter, earlier this morning. The video is more than 10 minutes long and shows how the clouds swirl over the ocean and move towards the southern states.
