The wait is over, the NFL is back.
Action from the States will get underway this week with the Detroit Lions taking on last season’s Super Bowl winners, Kansas City Chiefs. It’s been a busy off season with Aaron Rodgers was traded to the New York Jets, Lamar Jackson agreed to terms on a five-year, $260 million contract with the Ravens and Sean Payton was officially introduced as Denver Broncos head coach amongst more drama.
The 2023 regular NFL season begins this Thursday, September 7 is set to conclude on January 7 2024. The Wild Card Weekend has been scheduled for January 13-15, with the Divisional round starting on January 20-21. The Conference Championship games will take place on January 28 and finally, the season will culminate with Super Bowl LVIII on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The majority of NFL games each weekend take place on a Sunday in two major slots, which is usually at 6pm and 9.25pm in the UK, however there are games on a little later too.
