Hot, outdoorsy and in your 40s? You’re in your ‘beekeeping age’

NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT

From MILF and DILF to ‘daddy’ and ‘zaddy’, attractive people of a certain age now have a new descriptive term to add to their ever-growing repertoire.

Gen Z TikTokers have taken to commenting ‘beekeeping age’ on videos of middle-aged users, with targets ranging from actor Pedro Pascal to people’s mums and dads.

It may seem like a thinly-veiled insult, but fear not if you’ve been told you’re of beekeeping age: it’s actually a massive compliment, and has nothing to do with whether you’re an apiarist.

To be called beekeeping age means you’re good looking, not just in spite of your advanced years but because of them. You’re essentially rocking 40-plus fitness, style and overall magnetism – and it beats being derogatorily referred to as a boomer.
