Robson Aguiar has teamed up with football superagent Kia Joorabchian to spearhead the sourcing of top talent for his Amo Racing operation.
Together with Irish trainer Adrian Murray, they look to have found a horse who could turn Amo into a global phenomenon.
Bucanero Fuerte was dubbed ‘the horse of a lifetime’ by Murray after he gave the operation their first Group 1 success last weekend.
Ridden by Kevin Stott, the two-year-old colt, who was bought for just over £140,000 a year ago, bossed rivals to win by four lengths.
