Local cops have confirmed the victim is a male 48-year-old resident of Spain. 1 The man was found floating in the sea The Civil Guard said the gruesome discovery was made around 8am on Wednesday Gavà beach and is probably the body of a "bather". The two paddle boarders were out at sea when they saw the victim and brought his body to the shore. They revealed that body does not have obvious signs of criminality and the death is believed to be an "accident of nature to be determined". The victim's belongings were found on the shore. A BODY has been found by two paddleboarders floating in the sea just off a popular beach in Barcelona.
Local cops have confirmed the victim is a 48-year-old male resident of the Spanish coastal city.
Local police said the gruesome discovery was made around 8am on Wednesday just off Barcelona’s busy Gavà beach.
Two girls were paddleboarding out at sea when they saw the body and brought it to the shore, the local authorities said.
They immediately alerted the authorities who arrived on the scene and pronounced the man dead.
