 It's not often that Hollyoaks' Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) is rendered speechless but that's exactly what transpired when she stumbled upon a discovery about Ella Richardson (Erin Palmer). Ella, as viewers know, believes Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) to be her father, having put two and two together amid her investigation into finding out who her biological dad actually is. Warren remains in the dark about her theory, as did Norma until Monday's (August 7) first look E4 offering of the Channel 4 soap, which saw Ella celebrate her 16th birthday. Cindy Cunningham (Stephanie Waring), having just been released from hospital, was determined to make things right with Ella, with Dave Chen-Williams (Dominic Power) making it his mission to help her, getting Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey) to throw the teen a party at The Loft. Ethan, however, was overruled by Sienna Blake (Anna Passey), who was determined to keep their relationship a secret amid their on-going plot to swindle Rafe Harcourt (Chris Gordon) out of his fortune. Norma was left in shock by she overheard (Picture: Lime Pictures) Norma, meanwhile, also overruled Ethan, who was stunned to find out that his former boss is his and Sienna's new business partner at The Loft, after Grace Black (Tamara Wall) left her shares to The Undertaker. With Norma's approval, Warren cancelled Ella's party, leaving the 16-year-old devastated, as she berated the man she thought to be her dad for letting her down.
