Heavy rain to batter UK as Met Office issue yellow warning

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rains, with “some flooding and impacts on travel” to be expected. The warning is in place for most of Northern Ireland from 7am until 10pm this Monday, October 31.The Met Office shared the news on its Twitter page, with a map showing the progression of the rain over the course of the day.It said: “There may be some mist and fog patches to start Monday but once these clear it will be a dry morning with sunny spells for many and just the odd shower .”A band of rain will move slowly eastwards with some heavy bursts at times across Northern Ireland.”The meteorological service listed what to expect from the heavy rain and the weather warning on their website.
