A husband and wife-to-be refused to let a little floodwater caused by a deadly and destructive typhoon put a damper on their wedding.
The Philippines is one of several southeast Asian countries facing consecutive typhoons, including Typhoon Doksuri, known locally as Egay, and Typhoon Falcon.
But even as Doksuri brought with it a fierce storm causing power outages and flooding, it didn’t stop one couple from getting hitched last Sunday.
