Krystal lived with her husband 37-year-old Tim Talty, who she married in 2019 in Brooklyn. He owns the protein bar company Talty Bars and the website claims Krystal's expertise to advise on the product's creation. The website also reveals why she got into medicine and specialised in breast cancer. It reads: 'The people closest to Krystal will tell you that being a doctor is in her DNA. Krystal, herself, will tell you that she has wanted to be a doctor for as long as she can remember; that even as a child she could be found wrapping her dolls in gauze. 'When Krystal was in 8th grade, her mother's best friend passed away from breast cancer. It was this life-altering event that helped Krystal decide that Medical Oncology would be her specialty." Authorities haven't released details on the age of the baby, however, according to an online registry, the infant that tragically died was only four and a half months old. Police sources also revealed that it was a baby girl and her only child. They also noted that the woman's husband, Timothy Talty, was away while her parents were in the house at the time of the shooting.
