The Spurs owner has flown to the US, with the German club now considering their options, one of which could be walking away from a deal
Daniel Levy has ignored Bayern Munich’s deadline to sign Harry Kane in the latest twist in the Tottenham striker’s transfer saga.
Telegraph Sport revealed that Bayern set a deadline of midnight on Friday for Tottenham to accept their latest offer but Spurs chairman Levy stood firm and did not entertain the proposal.
Instead, he has flown to the United States and Bayern are now considering their options after telling Spurs they would walk away from a deal if their deadline was not met.
Sources have told Telegraph Sport that Kane wants his future resolved before Spurs’ first game of the new season – Ange Postecoglou’s first match as manager is away at Bournemouth next Sunday – but the England captain has no intention of signing a new deal this summer.
