At least 120 people have been killed in a stampede amongst Halloween crowds in the South Korean capital of Seoul.
Fire authorities said the death toll had risen to 120 with 100 others injured, some seriously, in one of the country’s deadliest tragedies on Saturday.
The confirmed number of deaths may rise further, said an emergency official.
Harrowing photos from the scene show body bags lying in the street, while social media footage showed emergency services and citizens performing CPR on several people.
