Gwyneth Paltrow admits she doesn’t want to exercise in relatable video

Gwyneth Paltrow is known for her healthy lifestyle and slim figure due to her wellness brands and previous interviews about her routine. The Hollywood actress posted something a little different Monday as she shared that she had no motivation, or didn’t want to workout. Gwyneth looked different from her usual glammed-up self as she shared a makeup-free Instagram video while walking around her home exercise studio. Her blonde tresses were worn down, as she explained to the camera: “The first thing I am going to do in my quest to feel well is to exercise though I really don’t want to.” Later she shared her sweaty self after finishing the “hard” Tracy Anderson workout. Gywneth’s choice of diet has come under fire in the past, most recently when she shared her “daily wellness routine”, eating just bone broth and vegetables. The comments were made during her interview with Dr Will Cole for The Art of Being Well podcast in March. As part of the hour-long podcast, which was released on March 12, Gwyneth was asked: ‘What does your wellness routine look like right now?’ Gwyneth Paltrow regularly shows off her figure on Instagram (Image: INSTAGRAM/@GWYNETHPALTROW) Gwyneth Paltrow has been criticised for her diet in the past (Image: INSTAGRAM/@GWYNETHPALTROW) Her answer was snipped into a 40-second clip which was then uploaded to the podcast network’s own TikTok account. She explained: “I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast. “I usually eat something at about 12 and in the morning I have things that won’t spike my blood sugar so I have coffee. “But I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch these days. Try to do one hour of movement, so I’ll either take a walk or I’ll do Pilates or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson. So I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then for dinner, I try to eat according to paleo – so lots of vegetables. It’s really important for me to support my detox.” But the clip, which has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and received 13.2 thousand comments, is being met with fierce backlash. Her diet guru, Dr Will Cole then defended her diet claiming that “hyperventilating over people intermittent fasting and drinking bone broth” is the reason society is so unhealthy. He told The Times: “I think hyperventilating over people intermittent fasting and drinking bone broth is why we are faced with a society where the vast majority of people struggle with metabolic issues, type two diabetes – lifestyle-driven things.”
