Bryson DeChambeau has penned an emotional farewell to his father following his death.
The golf star’s father Jon, passed away at the age of 63 following a long battle with diabetes with the news confirmed on Saturday.
DeChambeu has spoken openly about his father’s health in the past, with his condition forcing him to miss out on watching his son play in some of golf’s biggest competitions. He posted a series of pictures alongside his father and the rest of his family on social media, including a throwback picture from when he was a young boy, kitted out in golf gear.
“Love you Dad. I’m sad to see you go but you’ve been through way too much pain in this life,” he wrote.
