The documentary was aired on Saturday 16 September and so Susanna wasted no time in grilling Richard on Monday this week. When Susanna introduced the topic by informing viewers of Richard's cameo in the documentary, a shocked Richard replied: "Is there?! In the documentary?' The iconic duo were interviewing Russell over his book. But Susanna claims to have noticed telling signs. She said: "Judy sort of raises an eyebrow and says, 'oh yeah, you're all innocent Russell Brand, the way you behave'." She went on to say: "You say, 'Mmm butter wouldn't melt', it was almost – as you were watching... I was thinking, 'did you say that in a way that you kind of knew his reputation, or was there anything more to that do you think?'" It was at this point that Richard replied saying: "It was a long time ago now, looking back I certainly never heard allegations that he was a rapist or that he'd done anything criminal, never heard that.
