One quest that gives you Primogems is Storytelling Method, which is linked to the ‘Well, At least It Ended’ achievement. However, to actually get the chance to do the mission in question you’ll need to help out two residents of Inazuma City: Junkichi, and Shigeru who seek your help regarding a book. After that you’ll be transported into a story to complete the quest.
