 A teenager who was stabbed to death in broad daylight in a quiet country park has been named, as police issued a fresh appeal for information to help find his killer. Max Moy Wheatley, 19, was knifed in the heart at Jubilee Park in Petts Wood, southeast London, shortly before 2.30pm last Wednesday. The teen, from nearby Orpington, died there soon after despite the emergency crews, including an air ambulance, being scrambled to the scene. Officers stood guard after a large section of the park was sealed off so forensics teams could carry out searches. The 62-acre park in the suburb of Petts Wood between Orpington and the village of Chislehurst is a local nature reserve and a designated Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation. 'My team is continuing to work in the area, and we are reviewing local CCTV footage to try and establish exactly what happened. 'Today, I am again asking for your help. Were you in the area at the time of the attack? We need to know what you saw or heard. Has someone told you anything that might help us?'
