I’M A Celebrity bosses are taking inspiration from Netflix’s Squid Games for one of the show’s most gruelling tasks.
The celebrities will be kitted out in red jumpsuits with their voting number printed on the pocket to imitate those seen in the hit South Korean survival drama television series.
However the ITV series is understood to have not been granted permission from Netflix to copy the outfits that the celebrities, who include politician Matt Hancock and Love Island’s Olivia Attwood, will be made to wear.
An instruction for the wardrobe department, seen by The Sun, reads: “Squid Game style tracksuits with some key differences (we don’t have permission from Netflix to do this Trial so it needs to be as ‘parody’ as possible.
“Tracksuit tops with two digit voting number where the top left pocket would usually be as well as at the back of the collar (behind the neck).
