Maytrix Group Ltd has received a First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off the register of companies, ‘unless cause is shown to the contrary’.
Hannah Ingram-Moore, Captain Tom’s youngest daughter, and her husband, Colin, are directors of the business, which is registered in Coventry.
Maytrix received payments of £37,942 from the Captain Tom Foundation for office, administrative and ‘third-party consultancy costs’, according to separate documents published by the Charity Commission.
