Mark Blanco died at a party in 2006 and the case has never been resolved, but an FBI instructor claims fresh analysis of CCTV shows he was ‘thrown over the balcony’
An actor who fell to his death from a block of flats after a row with Pete Doherty was probably murdered, an expert claims.
Mark Blanco, 30, died at a party in 2006 and the case has never been resolved despite a fight for justice by his mum. But FBI instructor Grant Frederick claims fresh analysis of CCTV shows he was “thrown over the balcony”.
Mark had been kicked out of the “crack den” flat, after urging Doherty to come and watch him on stage, by the singer’s literary agent Paul ÂRoundhill. He returned two minutes later and was ejected by Roundhill and minder Johnny ”Headlock” ÂJeannevol before he then fell.
Police investigated but there have been no charges. They suggested the Cambridge graduate’s death was suicide, which a coroner rejected. The case features in a new Channel 4 documentary. Pete Doherty, Who Killed My Son? tells of Sheila’s fight for justice following the initial botched police investigation.
