Chas faced a stressful ordeal in last night's episode, as she discovered the truth about Faith's (Sally Dexter) death, with Cain (Jeff Hordley) explaining their mum didn't die because of the cancer, but because she chose to end her life. As well as this, Chas also learnt that Moira (Natalie J Robb) knew about Faith's plan but never told anyone and took action by trying to ban her from the funeral tomorrow. The major bombshell left Chas feeling betrayed and hurt, seemingly forgetting that she has also been betraying and hurting her husband for months by sleeping with Al. Minor details though, right? Paddy (Dominic Brunt) attempted to make Chas stop the feud tonight, but her emotions did not change. As far as she was concerned, Moira robbed her of the opportunity to be with her mum during her final moments. But she was also sleeping with Al at that point…again…minor details. Running away again, Chas found comfort in Al's arms and explained that she's had enough of her life in the Dales. Chas spoke to Al and clearly felt as though her loved ones didn't care about her anymore, but the closing scenes were edited in a way that made it perfectly clear Cain, Paddy and Aaron (Danny Miller) still love and care about Chas. What a shame she's about to throw all of that away…or is she? A new report in The Sun claims that Michael Wildman will depart Emmerdale in upcoming scenes, with a source telling the publication that he has 'really enjoyed' his time on the serial drama. 'Michael has really enjoyed his time at Emmerdale but it's the right thing to move on,' they said. 'He's had some massive storylines, but all good things must come to an end.' Things will come to an end…but will it leave Chas heartbroken? Probably.){kind=link}
