Dawn and Billy struggled to calm down an upset Clemmie as she then accidentally pushed a dining stool into Dawn's stomach, which resulted in her collapsing. Worried about Dawn and their baby, Billy rushed his wife to hospital for an emergency scan and the couple cried happy tears after the sonographer confirmed that their baby was fine. However, eagle-eyed fans were left distracted during the scenes as they heard a cryptic comment, which could lead to a major twist for Dawn and Billy. The medical staff member said during the scan: "Yes, they're doing fine!", which left many fans wondering if Dawn could be secretly having twins without realising.
