The following year they welcomed Exa Darl, who they call Y. The couple split up in 2021 but said they wanted to continue having children together, with Grimes telling Vanity Fair they "wanted at least three or four". Speaking about their split on social media at the time, she wrote: 'Me and E have broken up *again* since the writing of this article haha, but he's my best friend and the love of my life, and my life and art are forever dedicated to The Mission now." Musk shares six children with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, however they were hit by tragic when their firstborn Nevada passed away at just 10 weeks old from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. In November 2021, Musk welcomed twines with Shivon Zilis, however their names have only been revealed as Azure and Strider this week.
