Eddie Jones has challenged England’s forwards to become 40 per cent fitter by the World Cup after putting the pack through a punishing training regime in Jersey, Mako Vunipola has revealed.
England are preparing for a four-match autumn series against Argentina, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa that will begin their countdown to next year’s World Cup in France.
