It's left fans fearing she may never return to Walford, so they were delighted to see a new snap of Kim out and about in London. A black cab driver got the star to pose for a selfie in the sunshine after giving her a ride, with Kim smiling while wearing a white top with a multi-coloured detailing on it and her blonde hair hanging loosely around her shoulders.
