EastEnders fans believe the latest episode may have teased a huge twist for Reiss and his wife Debbie, and their real plan for Sonia
EastEnders fans believe they have worked out a cruel twist involving Reiss Colwell and his wife Debbie, and it could be bad news for his girlfriend Sonia Fowler.
In the latest episode, fans saw Reiss appearing to commit a horrifying crime, as he stole thousands of pounds from his wife to pay for his and partner Sonia’s IVF treatment. Claiming to have a savings account with enough funds in it for the treatment, it turned out the account actually belonged to his wife Debbie.
Some viewers think Reiss is actually in cahoots with Debbie though, and that Sonia may need to watch out. Earlier this year fans learned that Reiss’ wife Debbie was in a care home after suffering a stroke while in the bath some time ago.
Debbie is unable to move or communicate, while Reiss explained he was no longer able to give her the full-time care she needed. Debbie remains in a coma at the care home, with Reiss often visiting her with it not known whether she will ever recover.
