The report claims that Vlahovic is now waiting for PSG to submit their first offer to Juventus, who are already ruling out a loan deal with an option to buy. However, the England captain remains unconvinced about a move to the French capital and reports in France claim that his preference remains Bayern Munich if he decides to leave the Premier League. Chelsea, meanwhile, remain in talks with Inter over a permanent move for Romelu Lukaku. Last season's Champions League finalists have submitted a £25m offer, which falls well short of Chelsea's £40m asking price. Lukaku was due to report back for pre-season training with Chelsea this week, however, he has been allowed further time away from the squad in order to complete his switch to San Siro.
